How to Develop Your Leaders
Organizations hire me to coach their leaders.
One-on-One Coaching: I offer one-on-one coaching to executives. Initially we may meet with the boss or HR director to get on the same page in terms of what’s needed regarding leadership development goals.
Once we agree on those, I offer one-on-one coaching sessions and many excellent tools to help your leaders close any gaps and become the leaders you want them to be. I can tailor these engagements according to the needs.
360 Assessment
I am certified to conduct the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360 assessment. 360° feedback is a process in which employees receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work with them. This typically includes the employee’s supervisor, peers and direct reports. A mixture of these people fill out an online assessment that asks questions about how they perceive the performance of the person being assessed.
The 360 assessment can be a powerful leadership development tool. I use the Management Research Group’s Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) as my preferred 360 tool. Measuring 22 leadership behaviors, the Leadership Effectiveness model gives rich and practical insight to expand an individual’s development. Using this data, I can offer your employees a deep understanding of how they are perceived in the workplace and design action plans and coaching for highly effective leadership development.
